Please join us in congratulating Hannah York on her new role as CBS’s part-time Religious School & Youth Program Administrator! A former CBS student and teacher, Hannah brings a strong background in education, leadership, and student support. We are excited to have her join us in this new role starting on August 1.

The Ballpark BBQ Party on Saturday, August 8 @ 5:30 pm marks the launch of the CBS Programming Committee’s new Second Saturday series, featuring a different activity  each month.
 
Come enjoy great kosher BBQ and good company – all ages welcome.

School Supply Drive
 
The CBS Tikkun Olam committee is collecting school supplies for kids in need and will distribute them through True North and the Voluntary Action Center.
 
Bring donations to the large plastic tub marked School Supply Drive in the farmhouse vestibule. Kids need pencils, crayons, scissors, markers, backpacks, folders and more. Tap here to see school supply lists by grade on the CPS web site and here to donate directly to the VAC Back to School program.

Also please note that school supplies purchased August 7th through 9th are tax free.
 
We’ll collect these items through August 16th, and
