CBS Grounds Cleanup Sunday, August 6 @ 8:30 am

CBS Grounds Cleanup

The pre-High Holy Days grounds cleanup continues Sunday, August 6 @ 8:30 am.
Chain saws, pickup trucks and volunteers needed
We need to clean up honeysuckle and underbrush near the farm house and take it all to Capen Park.
Donations for paid helper James Kirscher encouraged.

Loaves & Fishes
CBS members generously donated time, food and money and allowed us to serve a nutritious meal to about 85 diners at Loaves and Fishes last Sunday. We had enough food to offer seconds to our guests and even had some leftovers to take to St. Francis House.

Special thanks to those who helped in the kitchen and dining room: Deborah & John Zemke, Joel Ray, Elizabeth Hornbeck, Dana & Bruce Weston and Margie Sable.

With the hot and dry weather it takes extra water to keep the gardens on each side of the door to the new building looking good. (These together are the memorial garden.)
