CBS recently created a Religious Leadership Needs Committee to gather information and make recommendations about what sort of professional leadership CBS should hire to best serve the religious leadership needs of the community.
Members of the committee will hold a session (with food provided!) on Wednesday, August 6 to hear from congregants and discuss some options being considered by the committee, along with information about the climate for rabbi searches in Reform congregations.
