We are serving Sunday, June 29th, and we still need a few donations of food items as well as volunteers to set up, serve, and clean up.
Bring food to the Ashley Street Center, 1509 Ashley Street (use the door with the ramp), at 3:30 pm that day. Volunteers setting up/serving/cleaning up should also arrive by 3:30 pm. We expect to serve about 85 people, and the need for volunteers to serve is especially critical.
With the hot, dry weather we’ve had lately the gardens at CBS need regular watering to look good.
Please help by taking a turn watering the memorial gardens, which are on each side of the door to the new building. (note: This is different from watering the wildflower beds.) Help is especially needed July 6 through July 13.

This is a great time of year for members of our congregation to join us in the interfaith garden – whether it’s just one time or every week. Our work days are every Wednesday and Sunday from 9 am – 11 am.
Rabbi Ron Eichaker, our interim rabbi, would like to get to know us better. He’s created a brief questionnaire and he’ll use our answers to form a general approach and narrative to his sermons and service messaging.
