Seat Open on the CBS Board of Directors
Paul Eisenstein, who has served two years as vice president and two more years as president, has decided to step away from the CBS Board of Directors. His seat is vacant.
Under our bylaws, the remaining Board members will appoint a congregant to fill the remainder of Paul’s term, which ends in 2028. The appointment will take effect immediately and then will be subject to a “yes-or-no” vote at the next meeting of the Congregation.
Anyone interested in Board service should contact President Ben Trachtenberg (ben.trachtenberg@gmail.com) or Vice President Marc Alexander (mvalexan@gmail.com) to discuss the role. Please be in touch by Thursday, June 18.
